  • Went in yesterday to find a new car as my lease was up in June . I knew the car I wanted (color and make) I met with a saleswoman who really didn't know much about the fees and really where anything was in the lot (she said she was new) they had the model I wanted but not the color they said they looked in the computer and there was only one available in the state of Nevada LIE!!! Hey tried to see me a color I didn't want the pricing didn't make sense. The sales woman went back and forth to the manager who never came over to me. Terrible customer service. Today I went to planet Nissan and wouldn't ya know they had he exact car and color I wanted! Then say an even better color! Salesman was awesome! Managers were great . Took all of a little over 2 hours to get my new car!! Stay away from this dealership! All games and bs!
