My Nissan Murano was recently in an accident and needed repair. I went through my insurance company and I normally just take to them, but they couldn't fit me in for another day (after I'd waited 3 for them over the weekend) & I couldn't wait any longer. On Scott's (from Whitey's Auto) suggestion, I went to 1st Class Auto Body.
The first thing about them is that they fit me in right away. I didn't need an appointment. Gave me an estimate within 20 minutes, and called Enterprise to pick me up for a rental. I called my insurance company to tell them 1st Class would be fixing my car, and it took them 3 days to get out there and assess the damage. 1st Class would have been done within a couple of days if not for that nonsense. They took care of everything- from calling Discount Tire since I had insurance on my tire to dealing with my insurance company, I didn't have to worry or take time out of my busy day to deal with it.
They managed my expectations by making sure I knew what I would owe after insurance and when it was due. Then to make it even better, they over quoted me so I actually paid less on delivery of my car! Casey called me a couple of times while my car was there just to update me on the status and I really appreciated that service.
Finally, they cleaned my car inside and out and made it look almost brand new! Their attention to detail, hard and diligent work as well as incredible customer service really impressed me! I'll always go through them & will recommend them to others.
