  • This has been my go-to carwash for the past 5 years and service has been pretty consistent for the most part. However, today I got the manager's special and am informed of the price outside. I go inside to pay and the cashier says, "wait," and walks off. She returns about 5 minutes later and informs me the price is wrong and that it's $10 more and the person outside is new and did not know the price. So I'm thinking, well I agreed to the price outside and now you are asking me if I still want my car washed, but for more money? I'm not faulting the new person. People make mistakes, but the cashier could have handled it differently. It's not my fault for the price screw up. Felt like a bait and switch to me. I will NOT be returning here in the future.
