  • My family has been going to My Dr. Now off and on since they opened. Initially, they were a great office. We really don't have any complaints about the actual doctors, more with the incompetence of the staff. The nurses my family has seen recently don't take the temperatures properly, and they aren't trained in using some of the other necessary testing devices (basic stuff i.e. strep test, weird ear machine...). The front desk can't figure out re-billing insurance and I have seen them be rude to numerous different people. So sad to have great Doctors and a less that decent staff. :0(
