Decent, I'd give it 2.5 stars if I could.
The good: Very friendly front desk, and the limo driver was GREAT. Ran a few minutes late and called us to let us know, and arrived at a reasonable time. Was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The gals at the front are very good also.
The soso: The Minister and photographer were very dry and less than helpful. They did their part and it was obvious they couldn't care less. There was no prep work involved in the ceremony, so we were pretty much flying blind.
The bad: The big reason for my negative review is the insult they stick you with at the end... the photo packages. They are OUTRAGEOUS. We received 18 of just the ceremony in our package and everything else was only obtainable in their ridiculously high priced 'packages'. They range from $250-$1250, the pictures are mediocre, and they aren't up front about the process. So we had to do all the poses just so they could try to stick it to you the next day during the photo viewing. When I told them these prices were unreasonably for 20 minutes of time and couple dollars worth of data, they tried to pin it on the photographers fee... yea right I believe that. I also walked out paying about $200 more than I expected and I'm not even sure why. The attempt at ripping us off considering the situation is what makes it so insulting. Had I at least known what to expect I wouldn't feel the way I do now. You're not even able to buy the digital copies, they HAVE to be purchased in their crappy ripoff packages.
