  • As transplants from the East Coast, my husband and I had no idea what to expect when it came to the Phoenix real estate market. During a visit to the area before our pending relocation, we met with Steven James to get to know the neighborhoods and explore our options. He accommodated every request, answered every question, and patiently and graciously helped us get our feet wet. He quickly set us up with our MLS portal and immediately made any changes that we requested. He also worked incredibly well with the relocation representative assigned to our move through my husband's employer (no easy feat). We worked with Steven over the phone and via email from Virginia before our move to learn more about different listings and what they had to offer. By the time we were settled in Phoenix, we quickly found a home that exceeded our greatest expectations. Steven was always available to show us homes we were interested in, and also educate us further about local school districts, taxes, HOAs, etc. Steven and Andrew both provided us with exceptional service. Whenever we hit a bump in the road, the problem would be resolved quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience thanks to The Hill Group!
