  • Complete dump. My key didn't work, air conditioning broken, telephone broken, nasty stains in the carpet, dirty bath tub. I had to call front desk from my cell phone to complain. Tachelle the counter person tells me they'll send someone up in the morning. Does me no good I'm only here one night (thank God). I ask for another room but she says "I can't because I'm doing nightly audit and would have to start over if I stop now." Incredible.
