  • This looks like I am following the other reviews, but everyone who has rated already speaks what's going on at The Standard At Dobson Ranch. My issue is with the property management giving me the "third degree" about pest control. "How many ROACHES have you seen"??? "A few ROACHES doesn't mean you have an infestation". FLAT OUT DISREGARD for tenant's issues. THE STANDARD AT DOBSON RANCH is basically an over priced GHETTO community. I tell friend's and family that if you are considering calling this place home, check it out completely (including with Mesa Police Department). DON'T be disappointed like I was.
