  • Here only for a couple of days and wanted to take in the city. Thought about renting a bike but there was this Bixi stop directly across from my hotel so I checked it out... For $5, you get pretty much unlimited access for up to 24 hours. That's a bargain!! The only catch is that you can't keep a bike more than 30 minutes without getting charged added fees. No big deal at all!!! The Bixi app on your phone will show you where the nearest Bixi station is so you can return your bike and basically grab it again almost immediately! Super simple. Amazingly cheap. Loved it. Oh... the green bikes seem to be newer. Get one of those.
