  • An amazing service, by an amazing person. Dr. Veena is a godsend and has been there for us and our beloved pets 3 times. My sister's 22 year old cat Olivia lost the use of her legs and it became apparent that she was in her last days, so we knew it was time to give her a dignified death. With her cat diva attitude we found out that a vet's office wouldn't do, so we looked for at-home options. Miracle among miracles, we were able to get Dr. Veena to come right at the end of the day. What a kind and wonderful soul she was, and the care she showed towards Olivia (and all of us that were grieving) was something I'd never seen before in a vet. I knew that from now on, this was how any pet in our family would find its final rest. A year later, my little Jason, a rescued street cat, developed stomach cancer. I nursed her back from starvation when I first got her almost a decade ago, and refused to see stomach cancer and constant nausea/vomiting bring her back to that sad state. We called Dr. Veena, and she came the next day. I was an emotional wreck the entire time and bawled my eyes out, but in the end I was appreciative that Dr. Veena carried the euthanasia out so perfectly. Several months later we called Dr. Veena for my Grandmother's cat, Jade. My Grandmother was skeptical about in-home euthanasia since she had, for decades, gone to local vets to have her pets put to sleep. By the end of it, she was thanking Dr. Veena and was convinced that it was the best way for a beloved pet to go. I simply cannot recommend this enough for any pet owner. Having your best friend find peace on their favorite chair, surrounded by familiar settings and the people they love, and without any fear or anxiety or having to sit on an unfamiliar metal exam table, is worth so much more than what you end up spending for the service.
