  • The worst airlines ever!! Waiting on family to arrive in Phoenix and they have landed but are stuck on the plane!!! Always problems with this airline and such horrible customer service!! Plus my dad had measured his bag, that he always uses to travel and fits under the seat and they didn't even check to see if it fit under the seat. They refused and charges him another $50!! Ridiculous!! I will never fly frontier again!!!
