  • I have had a membership here for quite some time and each time that I have gone, I have had a different masseuse; I am unsure if it's simply my luck on days that I go or if there is little longevity. This last time, my introduction started with my masseuse apologizing for smelling like her lunch that she just ate, beef. To add, I was never asked about my body and what areas I thought needed special attention or if I had any problem locations/injuries. I asked for the peppermint scalp massage as my extra for checking in on Yelp and while putting the peppermint in my hair she was making comments on how dry my hair was and that it was "eating the peppermint up faster than I can put it on." The entire hour felt very unprofessional and quite offensive. I am very disappointed in my overall experience here.
