  • Let me start off by saying that my husband works for GM and for me to give a one star review is saying a lot about this dealership. My husband purchased an extended warranty on our new car that includes oil changes, tire rotations, tires, wheels, ect... I took the car in for an oil change and when the guy who was taking care of me told me the rotation would be done I asked about filling the tires with air and he assured me it would be done. Fast forward to arriving home and realizing that they didn't fill my tires with air and didn't refill any of my fluids. I decided to cut them a break, everyone makes mistakes and surely they wouldn't intentionally provide bad service when my husband works for the company.... The other day one of the tires blew out on the freeway. One of the side panels was damaged in the process. We made an appointment to get a new wheel and tire because it's covered under the warranty. As soon as we got there we were immediately directed to Mike Garcia in the collision department. He high sales pressured us to make a claim with our insurance. We just experienced a tragic loss and didn't have a grand to spend on a flat tire. He would not let up. He told us everything from our safety systems were compromised and that the seatbelts wouldn't work to the anti lock brakes have been compromised and we shouldn't drive our kids in the car. He tried all these scare tactics without even taking a look at the car. He sat there with a huge snot hanging out of his nose and sweat running down his face telling us every lie he could think of to get us to file a collision claim even though there was no collision. Finally we got up and went over to the first person we were working with who was originally going to put the new wheel and tire on and told him to go ahead with it. Mike ran over and cut him off and said it would take 3 days because they had to order the wheel and tire from California. (Why did they take our appointment when we told them over the phone exactly what we needed?!? That is hilarious that a Chevy dealership supposedly can't change a wheel and tire for 3 days. Man, if I wasn't still sick with grief and beyond aggravated, I would have felt sorry for Mike and how desperate he seemed)
