Get everything in writing and don't just use verbal agreements. I was told 1000 dollars was taken out for permits and what wasn't used would be refunded. In writing they put 450 under an admin fee and I didn't notice it. They would only refund from the 650 they had listed for the permits. ridge vent was supposed to be installed and was not. The building was done in june and I called them about the ridge vent not being installed, it took them until September to call back wanting the 1000 dollars that was withheld until finish. Poor customer service to say the least.
