  • Unless you want a bigger headache don't go! I swear to myself that every time that I got here I won't go back. But then I get busy, I don't end up finding a new PCP and then BOOM I need a Dr. So I go for convenience. And yet again they did not fail me by failing me. I started feeling bad yesterday, so I called to see if they had an appointment and they did? Great I was excited because I wanted to get ahead of this feeling crappy before I get full blown sick and hating life. Especially with the holiday season in a few days and everyone already getting sick. I got there and was seen shortly after arrival. Dr. said that she would send an electronic form for meds. GREAT! so you think.... I noticed late in the day that I had not received a call from my pharmacy so I called. They have no record. The office closes at 6:00. So I tried to call at 5:55, the phone rang and rang and rang then hung up on me. I called back and got the answering services, that said that they were closed and reopened in the morning. So much for getting ahead of this thing. can't wait to see what crap they tell me tomorrow.
