Today was a very different experience than in the past. First, the restaurant did not seem as busy: it was 9:30 a.m. and there are usually people waiting for a table. That felt a little odd because a busy restaurant is a sign of good food and service. The service was fast, but one of our orders was wrong so they had to go back and fix it. Then when my order was finally ready, the hash browns and bacon were overcooked (almost burned in some spots) and looked old, like they had been sitting out a long time. We could also hear the people in the kitchen yelling at each other, which was not pleasant. This was not a good experience because the ambiance was low-energy and sad and the food was pretty bad.
