  • We have been going to Firestone for 3 years (since we moved to Central Phoenix) and have always had great service. Well today, we received quite the surprise when we were handed a bill that was nearly $350 more than anticipated! The mechanic and his manager discussed with us where the miscommunication was and without debate, they reduced the price to the one we thought we had agreed to originally. It's not very often you find an upstanding company who takes responsibility in these types of situations. We greatly respect the mechanic for admitting the confusion and his manager for remedying the financial aspect. Quite frankly, if we were in the financial position to do so, we would have gladly paid the full bill to reward the professional way they handled the situation. We definitely recommend this particular branch and will be returning ourselves :)
