The selection is not bad, if you are willing to spend hours to find something. However, customer service, according to Canadian standards, leaves much to be desired. I asked for a discount because of the lipstick stain on a white shirt's sleeve, and the manager not only refused to give a discount, but was very rude about it (as if I asked her to give me the shirt for free). I think, they should be trained better on how to refuse a discount politely. She should have said, "Sorry, we do not give discounts." Also, who is going to buy an expensive white shirt with a lipstick stain on a sleeve?
