I also felt that they didn't want to be bothered by walk-in customers. I needed hardwood floors but I wasn't sure what would be my best option for my budget, but I figured I would be spending between 7k -10k. The young guy (tall Indian or Pakistanian guy) who greeted me really didn't smile at all, and once I told him I'm just looking for ideas at this point and wouldn't put floors in till after the new year he seemed to think I meant a year from now because he just kept saying 'look around". I started feeling that I was an inconvenience. After a few basic questions and taking 15 minutes of his time, I asked him for his business card and he said "just take any one". At that point I said "no thanks" and left. I guess I felt that he wasn't being outright rude but I felt more like he could care less. After leaving Lumber Liquidators and RC Willey, where they were willing to take the time, this place seemed blah! I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
