We live in midtown Toronto. Gib-san built our pool two years ago. The sales person was friendly however once they got us to sign the contract their after care service was horrible. When I call their Service Department with inquiries they are dismissive. I believe that the culture of the company is to not ever accept blame for anything and to always doubt the client.
I have told friends and family who are building pools to steer away from Gib-San. Moving forward we will be looking for a new company to do our weekly service since Gib-san has been a huge disappointment and their customer service is frustrating.
