  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP! We made a deal for a $100.00 FLAT FEE flower arrangement which included tax and delivery. So, I gave him my credit card over the phone, but when the bill came through a bit later, he overcharged the card! I asked him to please refund the overage, and he refused. Then this lunatic named Richard ("Rick"), the owner of the store, actually called my 87-year-old mother telling her that he was on his way back to her home to pick up the flower arrangement; this was after he had already delivered the flowers to her. My mother then calls me extremely upset that this man, RICK WAS THREATENING TO GO BACK TO MY MOTHER'S HOME TO TAKE AWAY HER BIRTHDAY FLOWERS! I've never seen such evil-spirited recklessness from a flower shop owner in my life! Needless to say, my 87-year-old mother's birthday was all but destroyed by this insane, flower shop owner; caveat emptor (BUYER BEWARE)!!! I STIL HAVE TO SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT GIVE THIS FLOWER SHOP YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT IN YOUR HAND!!! WORST FLOWER SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!!! FLOWERS BY RICHARD, DISHONEST AND SHAMEFUL! I'm going to say one thing positive: the flower arrangement was beautiful...just be careful.
