  • My wife and I had our wedding reception at Pear Tree in August of 2017. If you are looking to host a wedding reception, or any event worthy of a 5 star venue in Central Illinois, Pear Tree Estate is the venue you want to book. From the first day when we met with the management team, we knew we would be in good hands. The team is extremely professional and even though they have an event every weekend, they make it seem like your event is the only one they are working on. Throughout the year of planning, the management team was excellent at communicating whether it was by phone or email. I never waited more than an hour for a response. Special thanks to Shaina and Haley. One thing that really stands out at this venue for the guests is the food. Wow, I could not believe how many compliments I received on the filet and the sides. At first, I was worried about family style service (they also have individual plates) since I have seen it handled poorly in the past, but they had a team of servers that came out of the kitchen at one time. I was shocked at how amazing the service was. I would highly recommend going with the family style service vs individual plates at pear tree. This is the same recommendation we received from the managers when we first met. Bottom Line - Do not look any further and choose Pear Tree for a perfect event.
