  • I like everyone else on here wish I could leave no stars. Triump is the WORST property management EVER. I wish I would have read their reviews before moving in. I have bought myself out of my lease and fortified my deposit just to have some sort of peace. Day one to move in they did not even have the place ready. Squatters had been living there and broke all the windows had trash and sodas all over. They moved me in I had to with the windows boarded up.. Then I move in to find out they had 5 kids and two fight very rude adults living above me.. Then it was leak after leak. They rarely responded to anything even if the whole place was flooding. After a few month of living there I found out the whole building as full of mold.. once I paid. My way out by paying extra rent and trust worth every cent they came at me with a bill that they said I needed to pay for. I had sent emails, pics and videos just trying to get them to get the mold out.. they couldn't care less!! Let me not get started on the girls in the front office. So damn rude and unprofessional you will never experience this level of disrespect anywhere else.. I'm blessed to be in a beautiful home and a new landlord that does care and is all over it when this place needs anything.. For anyone reading this don't do it there is much better places out there for you to rent... Save your sanity and go else where.. The pics are of neighbors storage and how I had to move in!!! Keep all you emails, pics and videos cause they will try to come for you!!!
