  • Just left Ross on 649 Stephanie, Henderson NV, the worst customer service experience ever. I walked in the door face-to-face with a manager I think name John. No greeting, no how are you or can I help you find anything nothing. Walked over to the men's department looking for some shoes for work. Another department manager and no Hello how can I help you. I walk in and out without finding any shoes and no one asked me if I could use some help finding something. Lost the sale, terrible!
