  • I was eager to try this ice cream since I love Cold Stone and their purpose is the same. However, it fell short of my expectations since the ice cream was nothing spectacular, and there were issues with many of the ingredients - the chocolate chips were almost frozen so they were tasteless and hard to bite; the Snicker bar was stale, terrible to chew. It's really not worth the price they are charging. Their people are very nice, though. The place was packed at the time I went there and they could very well treat people miserably, but instead they calmly explained everything I asked them.
