rev:text	When you walk in, they'll serve you water with 3 options: citrus, lemon, or cucumber, which is a refreshing start to your time here. I came here for a pedicure with my boyfriend. They were very efficient with the scrubbing, filing, and just care overall, although the massage was too gentle... we could not feel any pressure at all. I'm Chinese, so I'm used to therapeutic-style pedis. The atmosphere is quite nice - fancy and sociable. I would have enjoyed a quieter time here as I like to relax more (music up, voices down), but that's a personal preference. That said, their music is barely audible, yet any talking can be heard easily. We went on a Saturday afternoon, so it was quite loud. The price is a little high, but I don't expect much less at the core of Markham. A pedi is about 60+tax, however you can probably find cheaper salons near midtown for the same quality of service. The one thing I would rate positive here above anything else is how fancy their salon looks. Other that that, I don't feel it's much different from other salons. That said, I'm not very satisfied with the customer service I received at the front desk. Upon inquiring about their Vicinity points, the lady (I believe her name is Jasmine) seemed to have no knowledge of their points program. When I asked her a question, she said she would ask her manager, but since she was not getting up, I asked when she was going to do it, and she simply replied with "when I decide to ask". Not only that, but she started getting annoyed and giving us attitude... so negative points for that. In hindsight, none of the people at the reception looked happy at all.
