  • After an awful experience at Randy Marion Used dealership in Mooresville (see review) we about gave up car shopping for the day. We decided on a whim to try the dealership that he had purchased his current vehiclwe from and see what they had in inventory. John Raila was an awesome salesman and was very enjoyable to work with and was who my boyfriend had previously bought from. John and Chris worked really hard for us to make the deal. We were able to joke around with them and just talk which made the process easier. When it came time to sign the paperwork there was a payoff issue to the tune of $700 and instead of changing the deal they took off the $700 off the price of the vehicle which meant a lot of them standing by the final deal. Fortunately Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram knows how to treat customers and gained his business again when we pulled out of their lot in a new truck. Thank you John and Chris!
