  • Looking for an awful customer experience? If so, The Tire Engineers (formerly Summerfield Auto) is your place. The technician was extremely rude and unprofessional to a point I felt compelled to lodge a complaint with the manager. However, I felt as if my complaint fell on deaf ears because their response was as if that behavior is acceptable. To add insult to injury, they gave me a ridiculous estimate for front struts on a Honda ($1,100) - subsequently, I received another quote from a competitor for $600 (almost 1/2 the price) I would seriously suggest staying away from this place if you are customer service oriented. I suspect their lack of professionalism has caught up to them and is one of the reasons they changed their name.
