rev:text	If I could give no stars i would! To say the lest I feel extreamly ripped off on my time and money! Yesterday oct 17th I came in to have 8 pages faxed which she charged me for 12 then I had to wait in the store for over 15 mins for the pages to fax! The rude lady working there took my payment then told me I would have to leave cause the store was closing but I could call back in the morning to check on it! I told her no that's not okay cause I just paid and the whole reason I was there was because I needed them faxed today! She then had major attitude and told me it's just a fax machine and it does that! So I let her know I wanted a refund cause I didn't feel assured they were going to go through she told me no they are already trying to send. Now today after she said they went through my DR is calling me telling me they didn't all come through and the ones that did only partially show so I called the store again and spoke to Tony who told me to call Charleston store! I called that store and spoke to Melissa who transferred me to Stephanie who transferred me to Angie who was also very rude! I told her the problem she placed me on hold right after didn't even respond then came back and again told me I could not have a refund! that I could go back and waste 20 more mins of my time and get treated terribly but her store members I'm not willing to do that! I WOULD NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN!There is so many other places that will charge you right and treat you right this is not the place!!!!!!!!!
