  • Nice room but the housekeeping is horrible. Had to speak to front desk when they totally miss cleaning the room one day. They did apologize and provide a coupon for a free breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was terrible and will be a separate review altogether. When they do happen to service the room they forget to do many things like replace towels, empty trash, replace toiletries and replace complimentary water etc.. You would like to think they would replace the bedding more than once during my 8 night stay but no. I know this because of a dark stain on the comforter that I saw each night.
