I had my first appointment after learning I was pregnant and it took 3.5 hours total, with 3 of those hours spent waiting. I wasn't prepared to wait half a day as they did not indicate it would be that long when I set the appointment. The male sonogram tech was awful; he said it was my fault they took so long because I "must have been late" but I signed in 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. He knew nothing about what was going on with me, or my appointment, saying "no doctor today for you" when in fact he was wrong.
The staff is mostly bored, lazy and inefficient. You will feel like a number and like everyone is going through the motions. I don't think they care one bit about the bad reviews. My doctor, Dr. Pack, is good but I never get to see him; always someone else, if I get to see a doctor at all.
This is not a place to recommend for first-time pregnancy; you won't get good bedside manner and you'll feel like an inconvenience. Because my first appointment was so bad, I changed offices (to the rainbow office) and am much happier.
