  • When we bought our house, it didn't have a pool and we never thought to put one since we have a little one at home for safety issue. This past summer was our 1st summer being in NV and after taking our son out to the water park almost everyday and seeing how much he loves swimming, we decided it's best to put a pool in. CA pools was one of the first companies we looked at. I can honestly say they have the friendliest staff and that's what attracted us as customers. Danny Lovio came over to our house and helped us create the pool of our dream. We thought we'd just have a basic standard looking pool that we could afford but when he showed us what he created, we fell in love with it and it's still affordable. We ran into some financial issues before we started the project and they could've easily forget us and move on with other customers but when we told Danny about it, he told us they'll be there when we're ready. He made us feel important as his customers. Sure enough, within couple weeks, we told him we're ready, he picked up where we left off. He introduced us to Ben, the project manager and they started within days. They are both very helpful. We have so many questions regarding the pool maintenance and safety issues since we never owned a pool before and they're very patient in answering our questions. They both were there every single step of the way. Our pool was done in under 2 months and we're happy with the outcome. We received so many compliments. We can't wait to swim in it next summer. Thank you CA pools for all your patience, hard work, and help in creating our dream pool.
