  • Update: Got an excellent cut from Joe after Tony (owner) reached out and offered to make right on what happened last time I was there. Tony and Joe were very cool and apologetic, refunded my last cut, and did this cut for free. It's clear they value me as a customer and that they care about the shop's reputation. The guy who cut me is no longer there so it's just the professionals now and they know what they're doing. Original: Received a good haircut but got cut pretty deeply on my neck with the straight blade. The barber said he didn't notice he'd nicked me until it wouldn't stop bleeding. I thought nothing of it until my wife saw it at home and took pictures. The cut is easily an inch long! Accidents happen but...
