  • THE store is located at West Charleston/Hualapai area. I will give this store a negative zero, if there is. I called up yesterday around 5:45 pm to inquire on an API master test kit for salt water. A woman answered me, informed her about the availability of the API and the price if they got one. She said that she will get back to me. I waited for 15 minutes. During this time, I really don't know how many times that it rang and probably put me back on hold. Until, a woman again answered me and the usual customer greeting. I told her that I've been waiting for 15 minutes and nobody even cared to checked me out. I told her that is a bad customer service and I am seriously going to buy the item. She said, "we will check it out for you". I replied, "am I going to wait that long again?". She replied, " I really don't know because I am a cashier and I can't leave my place". I just replied again, "WOW, you have the guts to tell me that I need to wait again. I don't think customers are really that important to you, BYE!!! BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
