  • Could definitely use some attention in the customer service department. First time here, so wasn't 100% sure where to order since the employees were only giving a certain area of the counter attention. Waited 15 minutes to order. Up until that time no one said thanks for your patience or we'll be right with you.... I wanted to walk but was craving my smoothie. The older gentleman working profusely apologized to an woman of another race who was clearly a doctor... yet she came in after me, got her food before me and I wasn't treated with the same empathy..... positive I won't be back no matter how good this Thai wrap is.....
