| - I met Roger Kim, one of the owners, through my job when I needed a late-night traveling notary, and I found out he and his family own and operate GQ. I was tired of the Fazio Fraud, so I gave them a shot. I was instantly hooked--prices 1/3 of the other chains, prompt service, and friendly when I go in. (I don't know what rudeness some of the other reviewers experienced, but they know me so maybe my experience is different.) They do all kinds of small fixes for me (firming up buttons that are loose, re-attaching hooks, etc.) without charge (or maybe with charges so small I don't notice them.
One day I drive across town to pick up my dry cleaning, only to arrive at 6:06 and realize they had closed at 6:00. Roger happened to be in the van in the parking lot, and he came up and volunteered to let me in to get my clothes.
Give them a shot . . . you'll be glad you did . . . and kiss Fazio goodbye!
