| - I stopped in here on a Sunday, shortly after they opened. I signed in and waited 15 minutes before my pedicure began. I asked the girl at the front desk if I could soak for the time being, and she said she has no one to set up for that, although it doesn't take much, but whatever, I waited the 15 minutes. (No stars lost yet).
I was then seated, and not even one minute after soaking, the pedicure began, and was over in about eight minutes. As soon as I put both feet in the water, he pulled one out and worked on it, then the other, then "massaged" my feet for 1 minute, what a joke. I was then polished (this took longer than the entire pedicure itself. Entire experience, from the minute I walked in to the minute he finished painting was about 30 minutes if not less. I was so displeased with that, this is supposed to be relaxing but he rushed through it. IT SUCKED. (3 stars off) The paint job was good but that's as far as that experience goes.
The decor and the shop itself... absolutely beautiful (1 star), but service is awful. I wouldn't come back here unless I was in a rush and needed an "express" pedicure.
