I am writing this review on behalf of my significant other. We moved away from Surprise in July and he has been charged his monthly rate FOUR TIMES since he's cancelled his membership. Multiple phone calls have been made with incompetent employees and elusive managers that never seem to be on site. He has now paid over $100 for a gym he cancelled his membership at and has not utilized. Today he had to cancel the debit card they had on file because none of the employees had any sort of resolution. He's even left messages with corporate and has had no response. Extremely disappointed and we absolutely expect our money to be refunded. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau because it's clear this company does not care about its customers.
