  • I am determined to praise the staff at this great Extended Stay location. The ESA at Phoenix Downtown Midtown at 217 West Osborne is one of the best if not the best and most accommodating ESA's that I have ever stayed in. Though all of the ESA locations I have frequented are friendly and do well to make our stay pleasant, I found that Brenda, Marlene, and Ryan as well as Germisha and Kimberly are the best part of your Midtown, Downtown Phoenix location. Attentive and genuinely caring to our basic needs, but they went above and beyond to help us in anyway we needed. For example. Your Midtown location is close to the Hospital at which our family member was a patient for a couple months. To stay close we opted to stay at your ESA, and your staff, primarily those I've mentioned by name, have made our stay comfortable and warm. Though they may not have known how close our family came to losing our loved one, they extended their welcoming and personable kindness and attentiveness which, means so much when life seems so fragile and the end is so emminent. I am glad to say my Aunt, Second mother really, survived and is now recovering and doing much better. I have to hand it to Midtown for taking the burden of housing, the worry of a roof over our head, and my son attending school and the convenience of your kitchenettes and the unforgettible Polite and Genuine kindness your staff, Brenda, Marlene, Ryan, Germisha, Kimberly, and Lisa gave us throughout our turmoil. Its nice to know that when like us who reach out to those in need with kindness and try and help others, that there are kind people and great businesses like yours that make us feel that faith in "Doing onto others as you would like done to you" is realized and paid forward. Great Job guys, I hope that I run my business the way this Staff runs yours. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart and most sincerest of gratitude. Alonzo Lopez.
