  • Never had car serviced here. Showed up at 5:30 on a Friday and they close at 6. I pulled up to the garage and the mechanic ignored me for 10 mins until 2 other customers went into the store. He then tells me I have to go inside first. Of course, I was turned away because they now had too much work to do before 6. Perhaps you should have more than 1 mechanic working on cars. And you can call me ignorant for not realizing that I should go inside, but either way not a good first impression and I won't be coming back. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube across the street. The took me plus 3 other cars and they also close at 6 on Fridays.
