  • I went in there tonight with a cake emergency. My daughter and I are VERY gluten sensitive. It was my daughter's b-day and I didn't have enough time to make her cake. I went in there hoping to pick up something for the family. They happened to have an un-iced cake they were experimenting on. The owners got it together for me and I took it home. At first my daughter said it looked good, but it was too bad we couldn't eat it. I told her where I got it and that it was gluten free. My daughter loved it! She was so excited. Even the gluten eaters in the family said it tasted good. (I don't hear that often) I am even extra sensitive to other ingredients as well as just gluten, and I didn't even get sick! It was a good night! Thank you.
