  • I just wanted to write about a great experience that my I had today at Simon Medical with an Ultrasound Tech, Amanda C. I was impressed by Amanda and just wanted to thank her for her confidence, empathy, sympathy, and her capability to communicate the procedure. As many of us experience in life, when it comes to our health, the lack of knowledge becomes a fearful situation. Having a caring staff member like Amanda puts a lot of the uneasiness and anxiety at rest and makes our experience with the healthcare personnel more comfortable. These types of employees are hard to come by and are very seldom given the proper accolade.
