  • If I could give zero stars I would. I used this company, the people you talk to on the phone are great. But the people who come and move your furniture are not. Very lazy workers. One guy was on the phone multiple times talking about going to a party after work. Oh and not to mention they BROKE the side of my bed frame. They moved me in at the beginning of Jan and one of the owners told me that he would have his guy come down there and take a look at it and fix it. NEVER HAPPENED. Never got a call. No way would I recommend this company. Funny the manager emails me after this review talking about rates and asking me if my bed was ever fixed. No I had a broken bed for 6 months lol. Come on. Instead, he could have said, "hey next time you move, I would love for you to try us out again and I will comp the move... or I will give you half off and make sure the guys you have are great" little do they know. My grandmother is in real estate and and not only uses them but refers people to the constantly. Nope not anymore.
