  • NO GOOD!! where do I start? Well let me tell you something. I moved here 3 years ago with a new car, low miles. I didn't know who I could trust with my vehicle back home I had a friends who were mechanics & when I came here it was stressful. The only thing anybody should ever have to worry about with a new car is getting its oil changed. I took my car here to be serviced for an oil change & car wash. They did a good job (so I thought). Shortly after my oil change I started having performance problems with my car. It jerked when shifting gears. I took it back and they told me there was a thermostat leak & they would have to replace the transmission. Total costs $2,000+. No good. Especially for a "new" car. Time went by and went by but the car kept going. THANK GOD! I got sum opinions & even took it to the manufacture. They said it was fine. Nobody could tell me the mystery or it jerking when it was shifting into gears. After getting a smog test One day brake light came on. OMG my emergency brake has been on this whole time. Why would anybody EVER use the emergency brake. I was kinda relieved and the stress slightly lifted of my shoulders & my car stopped using so much gas. Well it had been so long who knows who did it right?!? Well...this place is convenient and right by my home so I gave them another try. Guess what.........my emergency brake was on. BINGO! It was these people right here AND the mechanics here messed up the performance of my car. Rat bastards!! I don't understand the hate on me that's all. You left my emergency brake on? Why?!??!?!???????!?!!!!!!!!! PS. The AM/PM gas station on Rainbow & Russell does hand washes $7.99 car washes. They are just as good if not better, fast & friendly & dont mess with your EM. Brakes. JS
