This store's employees are atrocious! I shopped there on Saturday and purchased 2 bottles of wine and only had one when we got to our house. I immediately called the store and spoke with Cheryl, she said to bring the receipt in and they would replace the wine. It seemed peculiar to me that she didn't need any specific info from me when I offered it. I explained to her that I would not be able to make it for 1-2 days as it would have to be a special trip when I had time. When I just went in with my receipt I was there for almost forty minutes! In that time I dealt with 3 different people having to reiterate my story each time. The staff is very unprofessional. They viewed security tapes and stated that we left with all of our bags. Strange, seeing as how we got home with only one bottle of wine when we purchased 2! It's no longer about the $7 bottle of wine but the lack of professionalism, disrespect and disregard for people's time that this store has. They lost a VERY loyal family of customers and if this is how they operate I have to imagine all walmarts are this way...no more! I'll pay extra at groceries stores so as not to put up with being treated that way.
