  • Normally my experience at Sonic is pretty bland and not memorable at all. Tonight took a new low. After ordering I sat staring at the drive thru window with the lady who took my order no where in sight. After 5 minutes of being ignored Tisha finally uttered the price I had to pay and nothing else. HORRIBLE SERVICE! You are in the customer service industry, learn how to greet or at least acknowledge your customers. Never coming back to this Sonic even if it is close to my house, not worth it.
