  • The food is just absolutely amazing. Everyone there was so friendly, Ernesto, our waiter was absolutely great and made the dinner run very smoothly. This was a last minute, on the spot reservation and it was great! We were originally going to another restaurant inside The Palms, but it turned out they had an event going on and had shut it down. Disappointed, we were on our way out as we passed Nove and I have to say everything happens for a reason! The pasta's we ordered tasted great. We got a beautiful view of the Las Vegas night and it turned out to be a very pleasant night. Thank you Ernesto for being so kind, the chefs for a great dinner, and Nove in general for fitting us in last minute for a reservation. We plan on returning!
