  • Border Grill is located inside the Mandalay Bay near the convention center. The price point is very reasonable if you're looking for a nice restaurant that's still affordable. Thanks to my Yelp check in offer, I got to try the sweet tamales, which were a first for me, but very tasty. I also sipped on a mojito and ordered the al pastor tacos and told them to make it extra spicy. Okay so, don't do that unless you want to burn your mouth off lmao they were good, but A LOT spicier than I expected! We ended the meal with a complimentary birthday dessert - I think they were salted chocolate chip cookies and some kind of delicious ass ice cream...AMAZING! Our server was adorable and you could tell she loves her job-she was awesome. Thank you for a lovely birthday dinner!
