We went to Vegas on a busy weekend and this hotel was a good price so we booked. We arrived at about 1pm and hoped to check in early. The front desk staff were rude to us and told us to come back at 3. We went back at 3:30 and checked in. When we arrived to our room we saw they booked us for two queens. My husband and I requested a King, so we went immediately back downstairs and asked if they could move us. Even though it was only 3:30, they rudely said they were sold out and there was nothing they could do, and maybe to check back on our second day to see. The next morning we went back to ask and then we we're told again (rudely for the third time from a third person) that there was nothing they could do. My husband inquired as to how they decided who got the room type. They said that it was first come first serve. So we asked, you mean to tell us that in the 30 minutes between 3-330 that every single person that requested a King before us checked in? And they really couldn't answer us. They were just really unwelcoming to us.
In addition to the poor staff, the elevator had many problems, the casino was ridiculously small with outdated and old games. We took some food to go from the Cafe and it was decent. Parking was free. Rooms have thin walls and air conditioner was not as cold as it could have been.
