Well I went here to get my teeth cleaned 6 months ago.The first experience was ok, not great, but was willing to give them another chance. Had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning for next cleaning (made this 6 months ago) and they just called me late today to tell me that the doctor is not scheduled to be in that early and could I come in later.
I had scheduled things at work so I could be away from the office that morning and can't continue to move things around. If you have a 24 hour cancel policy, I expect the same in return... call me at least 24 hours in advanced. If the doctor was not going to be in that early how come no one said anything in the last 6 months.
When I told the receptionist to just cancel as I would expect their policies to also apply to them, she just said ok. No sorry or anything.
I will be looking for a new dentist.
